What we collect

When you reserve a hat we collect your name, email address, phone number and shipping and billing addresses. We use it to fulfill your order and to enforce the one-per-customer limit.

Email and SMS

Email and text updates are separate opt-ins and are never pre-selected. We record the time you gave each consent. Reply STOP to end texts or HELP for help; message and data rates may apply.

Analytics

We record basic events such as page views and checkout starts so we can understand how the release performs. These events are not used to build advertising profiles.

Sharing

We share information only with the services needed to run the store and ship your order. We do not sell personal information.

Your choices

You can ask us to access or delete your information by contacting us at the address used in your order confirmation.
